Supervisor Rutherford Endorsed by Fontana Mayor Pro Tem John Roberts

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA- Supervisor Janice Rutherford has been endorsed for re-election by Fontana Mayor Pro Tem John Roberts.
“I worked with Janice for a decade on the City Council, and I saw firsthand how much she cares about the people around her,” Roberts said. “The county needed ethical reform when she was elected and she did exactly that.”
Supervisor Rutherford is seeking her third term on the Board of Supervisors, having served since 2010. From 2000-2010, Rutherford served on the Fontana City Council, a tenure which included two years as Mayor Pro Tem and President of the Fontana Fire District. Prior to serving in an elected office, Rutherford was chair of the Fontana Planning Commission, and also previously worked for the city’s Parks and Recreation Commission.
Rutherford represents the Second District of San Bernardino County, which includes Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, and the Rim of the World communities. She lives in Rancho Cucamonga with her husband Steve Lim and their two sons, Ethan and Noah.
